1. Order Processing Time
All orders (personal and wholesale) are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays, during which our warehouse is closed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed the next business day.
Wholesale prepack orders may require an additional 1 business day of processing for inventory verification and assembly, with all timelines clearly noted during checkout for bulk orders. No additional processing time is required for standard jewelry and accessory orders.
2. Shipping Destinations
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia (D.C.), Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We partner with trusted domestic carriers—USPS, FedEx, and UPS—for reliable delivery of all jewelry and wholesale prepack orders.
2.2 International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations (excluding countries subject to U.S. trade restrictions or sanctions). A full list of eligible countries is available during the checkout process, with international shipments fulfilled via FedEx International and USPS International.
Important International Note: International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we do not calculate or collect them. Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timelines—we are not liable for customs-related hold-ups.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Estimated delivery times start after order processing is complete (1–3 business days) and exclude weekends/holidays. Delivery times are estimates only—we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, peak shipping seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, selected method, package weight, and order type (personal/wholesale). All shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned, canceled after shipping, or delayed.
Free Shipping Offers
- Domestic Free Shipping: We offer complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic personal and wholesale orders with a pre-tax total of $75 or more. This offer applies to U.S. states and D.C. only and does not cover expedited shipping methods or international orders.
- Wholesale Prepack Free Shipping: Eligible wholesale prepack listings marked “FREE SHIPPING” on our website receive complimentary standard domestic shipping, with terms outlined on the individual product page.
International shipping fees are calculated based on destination country and package weight, with additional charges for insurance upgrades (see Section 5).
5. Shipping Insurance & Loss/Damage Protection
Jewelry and wholesale prepacks are high-value items, and we prioritize their protection during transit. All shipments include complimentary basic insurance, with optional additional coverage available for high-value orders at checkout.
Basic Insurance
All domestic and international shipments include free insurance coverage up to $100, covering total loss, theft, or significant damage to your Products during transit.
Additional Insurance
For orders (personal or wholesale) valued over $100, you may purchase additional shipping insurance during checkout. We partner with trusted insurance providers to offer coverage up to **$150,000 per package**, with transparent pricing based on the declared value of your order. This is strongly recommended for high-value jewelry and bulk wholesale prepack orders.
Theft & Damage Claims
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, notify us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date via service@melindasuellc.com. Include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of any damage (if applicable). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and insurance provider, and process a refund or replacement once the claim is approved (per our Return & Refund Policy).
Note: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages that have been delivered and signed for, or left at your shipping address (e.g., front door, mailbox) without signature confirmation. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for all high-value and wholesale orders at checkout for secure delivery.
6. Packaging for Products
All Products are packaged with industry-leading care to prevent damage during transit, with specialized packaging for wholesale prepacks:
- Jewelry & Accessories: Padded envelopes, sturdy gift boxes, anti-tarnish sleeves, and protective wrapping to prevent scratches, tarnish, or breakage. Packages are discreetly labeled to reduce theft risk.
- Wholesale Prepacks: Sealed, durable cardboard boxes with internal padding to protect individual pieces and prepack assembly; all prepacks are shipped in their original branded packaging (when applicable).
Complimentary Gift Packaging: Available for all personal orders upon request—note your gift packaging preference in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. Gift packaging includes a decorative jewelry box, polishing cloth, and optional handwritten note (custom message provided by you). No gift packaging is available for wholesale prepack orders.
7. Address Accuracy
It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address during checkout (including apartment/unit numbers, zip codes, and contact information). We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
If you realize you provided an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at service@melindasuellc.com. We will attempt to update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped; however, we cannot guarantee address changes once processing is complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for all additional shipping fees to resend the order.
8. Shipping Delays
We strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including: carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs hold-ups (international), peak shipping periods (holidays, Black Friday/Cyber Monday), supply chain disruptions, or inventory shortages (wholesale).
We will notify you via email if we anticipate a significant delay (3+ business days) in shipping or delivering your order. We are not liable for any additional costs, damages, or inconveniences caused by shipping delays. If your domestic package is delayed beyond 7 business days or your international package beyond 14 business days, contact our customer service team for assistance with tracking and resolution.

Additional fees will apply for upgrading to an expedited shipping method, and no refunds are offered for downgrading to a slower method.
Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it—you may return the Products for a refund (per our Return & Refund Policy) once you receive them.
